We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Client Success Executive. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

What you’ll do :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact with the company.
  • Monitor and analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
  • Actively manage client accounts, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify improvement areas and ensure client needs are met.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure they are realistic and achievable.
  • Provide implementation training and keep client partners updated on new products and services.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights to clients and internal teams as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of client relationships, including account plans, client feedback, and other relevant information.

  • At least 1 year of experience in client success, sales, or marketing in the financial services industry (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
  • Enjoy being part of the growth team that is ambitious and agile.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Able to communicate in English and Malay language. Communication in Mandarin (written & spoken) will be added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools and strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
