We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and domiciled in Selangor and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Centry is expanding! We are looking for a Cloud Accounting Executive to join our Accounting and Payroll team.

Centry is a digital accounting and company secretarial firm based in Malaysia. About this role

  • This is a predominantly remote-working role. However, some light traveling within Klang Valley might be required from time-to-time for in-person events such as attending company gatherings/meetings, physical conferences, or meeting with clients (if requested, case-to-case basis)


  • Act as client liaison who is the point of communication between designated portfolio of clients and Centry
  • Revert to client queries/requests and follow up with clients on outstanding items on a timely manner
  • Communicate with external parties (eg. auditors, bankers, etc)
  • Process transactional documents to be included in monthly bookkeeping
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for the designated portfolio of clients
  • Prepare SST reports and process submissions
  • Process monthly payroll for designated portfolio of clients
  • Prepare and submit monthly statutory returns (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN)
  • Prepare and submit statutory returns for employee onboarding/off-boarding
  • Statutory registration and account setup for new employers

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
