As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary RM 2,800 - RM 4,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

OBJECTIVES :-
1. Expected to familiarize themselves with the Company’s implementation methodology and execute the planned activities for implementation of projects as assigned by their Senior Consultant
2. Accountable to the Company and the Clients they are serving
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare documents during implementation process including but not limited to Business Process Review Document, Business Process Modelling Document, Gap List, and Functional Specification document,
- Assist in setting up Epicor system for Epicor Solution Overview session.
- Guide clients to fill up data migration tool (“DMT”) templates.
- Guide clients to perform DMT.
- Guide clients to fill up test scripts.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Perform testing on customization developments and ensure the requirements documented in the Functional specification is met.
- Perform some technical work including building reports, queries and simple customizations using embedded tools.
- Working in a team of consultants and on various consulting engagements.
- Perform project team trainings to executive level and functional user level.
- Execute implementation process including facilitating of Proof of Concept, End User Training, User Acceptance Test, Go-Live preparation and Go-Live support.
- Prepare the hand over documentation to Support Team upon completion of implementation project.
SKILLS
- Basic Knowledge in Epicor Function.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in Team Player and multi task.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Passionate in problem solving.
- Ability to deliver business communication skills require to the client.
REQUIREMENT
- Good command of English ; verbal & writing.
- Able to Travel and based at Client’s premises when required.
- Passionate in work & Problem Solving.
- Familiar with business process and transaction flows in business (preferrable).
- Strong communication skills
