The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

  • To monitor the daily activities of HQ Credit Control Section and to ensure that the operations of the same are efficiently and effectively carried out in conjunction with related departments and branches
  • To monitor the status of outstanding accounts and ensure the prompt collection of the outstanding amount within the accounting period of the company
  • To liaise with our Company’s solicitors on legal matters pertaining to the collection of outstanding amounts
  • To attend creditors’ meetings on behalf of the Company
  • To liaise with bad pay customers on the collection and to negotiate with appropriate solutions in obtaining back collections
  •  To attend to any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your immediate superior or the Department Manager from time to time 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy Banking, Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Having experience in the lift industry for maintenance sales, repair sales and credit collection is an added advantage
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and 3rd party contractors
  • Able to work independently and travel as and when required
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in credit control/accounts function
