We are hiring Customer Engagement Exec. This is an indoor position. You will ensure Export and OEM customers are fully supported and propose business development ideas to head of export sales. Maxvue products are currently exported to over 70 countries world wide, its great platform to explore business development and customer service.
Job Scope:
- To research and propose marketing and promotional strategies to existing customers.
- Respond to daily overseas and OEM enquiries from social media and website.
- Support existing customers with necessary visual aids, advertisement, advertorial, and social media engagement for International Markets (Supported by marketing team).
- Quarterly performance review of distributors.
- Assist head of export sales dept various ad hoc functions.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and education by engaging marketing & operations team.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess Diploma or Degree from a reputable university with min 3 years experience in customer service, business development or sales.
- Pleasant personality with excellent oral and written communication skill in English is a must.
- Must be a result driven person and willing to go extra mile to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
- Exposure or network in any of these markets will be an advantage – Middle East or Europe or Africa.
- Those with experience in export sales or business development in FMCG, medical or life style products will have an added advantage.
- Foreign candidates with strong merit / proven track record will be considered.
- Necessary product and marketing training provided by head of dept and senior managers.
