We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Customer Relation Officer in our company, Automotive Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. For candidates who reside in Selangor - Others and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Services & Customer Service and possess a Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

  1. Responsible in gathering customer’s feedback through surveys, websites, telephone communication, gathering & etc.
  2. Effectively handling and managing customer enquiry, complaints and issues to retain customers while expanding the brands reach and boosting customer’s loyalty.
  3. Responsible on compiling and updating customer’s database.
  4. Responsible in coordinating with other department on setting customer’s enquiry, complaints, survey & etc.
  5. Conduct surveys on measurement and improvement of system efficiency.
  6. Assist on preparing and monitoring the CRM process flow and system.
  7. Prepare weekly and monthly report on customer’s database, enquiry, complaints, survey & etc.


  1. Diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication & Marketing.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
  3. Strong customer service focus and good problem solving skills.
  4. Should be a customer-oriented person with good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
  5. Great analytical skills and tactful.
  6. Resulted oriented and energetic.
  7. Working experience in Automotive industry would be an added advantage.
  8. IT/Social media savvy is an added advantage.
