Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include accepting escalated calls, resolving customer complaints, processing applications/registration through Counter/Hotline/Email.
  • Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures, company sales & marketing plan and product knowledge.
  • Manage on weekly customer service consolidation report.
  • Manage membership profile maintenance in inhouse system.
  • Manage social media blasting via inhouse system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed under Operation Department.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mandarin speaking & Mandarin written candidates are encouraged to apply as job require dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Malay speaking & written skills to be added advantage.
  • Minimum academy qualification: Degree and above.
  • Minimum 2 years of e-Commerce customer service experience preferred.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Remain professional and courteous with different customers in fair manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to quickly survey vast amounts of information to answer customers’ questions.
  • Competent in the use of all Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive).
  • Intermediate social media platform knowledge in terms of handling & replying inquiries.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
