This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Ipoh and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 2,000 - RM 2,800, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all inquiries, issues, feedbacks, complaints & assist customers via email, phone calls
  • Understand company products and order process well to give best advice/suggestion to customers
  • Prepare quotations & follow up closely with customers’ inquiries
  • Solve customers’ complaints/problems on product or order process
  • Managing existing corporate customers, understand their needs & fulfil their requirements
  • Work closely with internal partner to ensure all orders and shipments are expedite under customers’ requirements
  • Able to communicate verbally and writing to CORPORATE customers in English
  • Provide prompt professional service to walk-in customers
  • Take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied & build strong customer relations
  • Follow up and ensure accuracy of payment by customers
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification or above
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Cantonese (proficient in speaking, reading & writing to effectively communicate with our customers)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, able to carry conversations at all levels
  • Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision and enjoy working independently
  • Proactive, energetic, responsible, willing to learn, result oriented and good working attitude
  • Computer literate
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
