We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Executive. For those of you who live in Petaling Jaya and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Mary Kay (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Services & Customer Service with at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

1.     Handling of Customer Enquiries/ Complaints through e-mail/ call / Live Chat / Web to Case timely.

2.     To handle IBC enquiries/complaint through walk in timely.

3.     Training Room Booking Processing – Handling of key rental to accommodate accessibility of weekends / non office hours booking.

4.     FAQ – To develop FAQ which consist of updated information such as sales program, career path, marketing promotion, product knowledge, etc.

5.     Canned Message/Quick Text Creator – Develop and maintain a library of pre-written messages timely that address common inquiries, issues, or requests.

6.   Collaborate with other departments to address IBC concerns, gather information, and provide feedback on customer experiences.

7.     Report – To prepare Shortage Report and email to 3PL warehouse every 1st and 16th of the month.

8.     To participate in sales & Marketing event as a supporting team, if required.

9. To undertake other responsibilities or duties as may be assigned from time to time.
