The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Services & Customer Service.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

Duration: 1 year contract (convertible to permanent)

Responsibilities:
· Support sales personnel in processing customer order.
· Communicate with customers in English and with suppliers in Mandarin
· Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely response
· Interact with all departments and suppliers in China regarding delivery requirements.
· Prepare and coordinate documents for customers.
Requirements:
• Fresh graduate or possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field with one year experience.
• Languages spoken and written: Mandarin and English.
• Computer literate
• Customer oriented mindset, pleasant interpersonal skills, willing to learn and a team player.
