Our company Synergy House Furniture Sdn Bhd - Location at Top Glove Tower, Setia Alam is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Shah Alam/Subang and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of customer service executive and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 2,800 - RM 4,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide a prompt and professional response to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Communicating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to response and resolve customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer ratings, comments, and complaints.
  • Work closely with QA department to drive continuous improvement on the product’s quality that is impacting the customers.
  • Work closely with Operations team and oversea warehouse to manage the replacement parts.
  • Communicating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders (D&D and QC) to provide product technical details to US customer support team if required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Mass Communication,etc.
  • Experience in customer service management will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Willing to work in US & UK time zone.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
