CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As part of the Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) of Wilmar, we are looking for dynamic, customer service and quality minded team player to join our SSC continuous expansion in 2023. The position provides an opportunity to widely increase your accounting knowledge and expertise working for a well-known, fast growing SSC of a Fortune 500 company.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound contacts via phone, email and any other channels.
- Place outbound calls for sales /portal or follow up on customer orders
- Ensure call and case quality meets standard KPI of 90% or greater
- Adherence to daily schedule is achieved daily
- Formation and delivery of service standards and support metrics for each of key customer channels and service offerings.
- Accept and enter order bookings for Customers both internal and externaL
- Offer alternatives to customers for any products that could be out of stock
- Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information in all areas such as lead and cut off times, deliveries ETA, invoice queries, credit queries and proof of deliveries.
- Liaise with other key stake holder departments on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries and is able to manage and resolve customer issues, complaints and escalations right through to end resolution
- Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to improve procedures, technology and service to positively enhance customer’s experience with the company
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess relevant Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 2-3 years working experience in the related field of FMCG or supply chain/logistics/distribution environment experience
- Candidate with SAP knowledge or working experience in SSC environment
- Candidate flexible to support different time zone, and able to work shifts (4am – 2pm) and support weekend.
- Good in English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Able to handle tight timeline
- Action oriented, with customer focus
- Fully vaccinated
