Job Description

1. Answering questions about a company’s products or services

 – To provide quick, accurate, and comprehensive responses to customers and prospects.

2. Processing orders and transactions

 – Receiving and processing incoming orders, handling order cancellations, product returns, or exchanges. Ensure customer orders and transactions are processed in an efficient and timely manner.

3. Delivering information about a company’s offering

 – Assists customers with product/service inquiries, ensuring a positive service experience and customer satisfaction.

4. Providing proactive customer outreach

 – Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

5. Handling customer complaints

 – Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

6. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback

 – Follow up with customers and take notes of their suggestions on what can be potentially improved.

7. Responding to customer reviews

8. To calculate the breakdown cost and prepare a quotation to customer.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

2. 2 or more years experiences in sales & marketing / admin department.

3. Computer literacy.

4. Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.

6. Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
