- Responsible for Customer Services to company products (but not limited to SMS, Voice, Cloud)
- Handle customer enquiries and Assist to answers

Job Description
- Assist to supervise the daily operation of SMS, Voice system and Cloud service
- Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle customer enquiries and solve the problems
- Ensure Excellent customer service
- Ensure the system is functioning properly
- Prepare reports for management review
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science or related disciplines
- A least 1 year experience in Telecommunications operators customer service
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Proficient in MS Office and Word Processing
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa. Able to speak in Mandarin is a MUST.
- More experience will be considered as Officer
