We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Due to our business expansion, we are excited to offer 3 vacancies for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to grow and excel in our business.

Responsibility :

  • Receive calls, reply emails and handle all sales related matters
  • Handle customers’ enquiry on products and pricing
  • Propose suitable products based on stocks availability and customers’ requirements
  • Prepare quotation promptly and accurately
  • Process sales order promptly and keep customer updated on stock availability
  • Handle samples issue/return and update promptly in system
  • Handle customers’ complaints and provide solution promptly
  • Work closely with Outdoor Sales Team, providing all required information and close follow up on all pending matters
  • Work closely with Warehouse Team, to ensure delivery arrangement planned as per schedule
  • Work closely with Purchasing Team, to obtain incoming shipment schedule to update customer
  • Assist Head of Sales in all projects and ad-hoc assignments
  • Processing order for E-commerce & retail
  • Assist in uploading and maintaining E-commerce platform
  • Assist in attending to all enquiries from E-commerce platform
  • Work closely with warehouse to ensure the fulfilment of orders within stipulated time frame
  • Monthly invoice & CN processing
  • Monthly processing of retail & promoter’s sell out report
  • Supporting sales with documentation and POSM for retail outlet
  • May be required to perform other related assignments and ad-hoc tasks.


  • Minimum SPM and/or Diploma in related fields
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
  • Good computer knowledge in Microsoft and CRM
  • Experience in sales coordination and customer support is encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem solving skill and contribute ideas
  • Friendly and customer orientated
  • Team player able to work with all departments
  • Great initiative to learn new products independently
