As a competent company, we DH Empire Sdn Bhd are looking for candidates for the position of customer services manager with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, experienced in Services & Customer Service and domiciled in Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 4,000 - RM 5,500 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

You are responsible to build and enhance strong relationships with customers. You will act as a central point of contact for all external customers, not only providing normal day-to-day customer services but also fully responsible for delivering world-class service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively establishing lines of communication with internal and external customers
  • Directly manage run-rate orders and be responsible to develop, establish and secure strong customer relationships with key customers
  • Responsible for the preparation of financial analysis, data generation, product ordering information etc.
  • Coordinate and manage order fulfilment issues to ensure completeness plus timeliness of the shipment arrangement.
  • Provide sales administrative support to sales team
  • Act as a first contact point for customer complaints, issues, resolve issues related to order, shipment and delivery
  • Handle any ad hoc assignment from the superior

Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken in Malay and English
  • Can speak Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Must have experience in using integrated system to process sales transactions
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications; knowledge in StoreHub and Social media would be an advantage
  • Well Strong organizing ability and quality focus, result-driven and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills, self-initiative and a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
