- Provide professional advice and guidance to our client users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues relating to software, computers and the internet.
- Manage customer onboarding process and conduct engaging product training strategically.
- Gain insights on customers’ usage and satisfaction with company’s products & services to enhance user experience and retention rate.
- Discuss and manage customer feedback between users and Product team.
- Perform project management on feature customizations with key clients.
- Produce documentation and contribute to knowledge base, such as tenant onboarding workflow & customer feedback framework.
Job Requirements:
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Candidate must be willing to travel to client locations for training & meetings
