We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Candidate Recruitment, Hiring, and On-Boarding

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to ensure a robust and diverse applicant pool for all openings.
  • Manage the hiring process to ensure consistency across departments and appropriate communication among program, administrative, and fiscal staff.
  • Provide on-boarding services to all new staff members and ensure department and/or program level orientations are standardized and effective.

Professional Development and Performance Management

  • Train, coach, and support other departments/units to navigate evaluation, training, promotion, discipline, termination, and other HR issues.
  • Collaborate with departments to update job descriptions across MM and implement a system for regular review and revise job descriptions.
  • Implement an enhanced performance management system for employee evaluation.
  • Develop internal staff training and identify relevant available external training.

General Administration, Procurement and Systems

  • Understand, interpret, and share relevant laws related to personnel management and ensure all HR processes and actions comply with these laws.
  • Manage all HRIS systems with technical support from the Senior IT Officer.
  • Review current HR systems and explore, and ultimately implement, new systems based on organizational needs.
  • Ultimately, supervise administrative staff including HR, Training and Development, Administration, IT, Procurement Senior Officers/Officers.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party IT helpdesk, technology maintenance, and security system providers.
  • Support planning and budgeting for IT purchases and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain office security protocols.
