We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Desktop Support Engineer. No experienced required. Up to $2.3K. For those of you who live in Singapore and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Alphaeus Pte Ltd, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Services & Tech & Helpdesk Support with at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities for IT Support Engineer:
- Provide first level troubleshooting of devices, maintenance of laptops and tablets.
- Installation and configuration of operating systems and software for users.
- Assist users on operating system, email, hardware and software related issues.
- Deployment of PC, notebook and printers as requested by users.
- Assist in troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues.
- Respond to incidents at timely manner, investigate and provide temporary or permanent solutions of escalated incidents.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma in any discipline.
- Travelling to different location is required.
