We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

A.  Role Summary:

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, Asia, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, display advertising, eCommerce and email marketing. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights to the team and stakeholders.

B.  Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and email marketing

·        Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure that they are meeting or exceeding performance goals

·        Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights to the team and stakeholders

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital media efforts are integrated with other marketing initiatives

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the digital media strategy

·        Create reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders

C.  Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

·        At least 1-2 years of experience in digital media planning and buying

D.  Skills and Competencies:

·        Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar

·        Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital media and analytics.

·        A willingness to learn and work with cross-functional teams to successfully drive agile marketing innovation and execution

·        Ability to seize opportunities to produce results without direct supervision and direction at times

·        Enthusiastic about working with data and possessing a keen eye for detail

·        Proficient in English, ability to communicate in Mandarin (read and write), English and Malay will be an added advantage.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
