We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Document Controller. For those of you who live in Bayan Lepas and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, SIW MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Engineering & Other Engineering with at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- To update Master Documentation List such as assign new part number, control the revision and update supplier’s and manufacturing information.
- To create Materials Registration form for assigned part number and attached with manufacturing catalogue and picture.
- To create BOM List for each project after done second drawing.
- To update ECN master list and save the approved ECN to the server.
- To update CSR master list and save the approved CSR to the server.
- To update Product Master Assign Number Document List.
- To update BOM list and review the drawings and save the latest drawings.
- To follow up and save product documents such as facilities guide, operation and maintenance manual, illustrated parts guide and data sheet.
- To save all released drawings and related documents to the vault system for backup.
- To review the list of spare part and consumable and other documents.
- To update the Master BOM format to Management.
- To handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ products document record experience.
- Candidate must have proficiency in Windows applications, i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Persistent, determination and “can do” attitude.
- Ability to take up responsibilities.
