Job Description:
- Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge response to the site and recommend necessary enhancements.
- Manage and enhance e-commerce marketplace store (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and website).
- Create and update SKUs and e-store information in the system.
- Handle general customer enquiries, comments, feedback, complaints, and others related to the company’s product.
- Handle online order processing and issue sales invoices.
- Improve customer experience by supporting with high accuracy and prompt reply.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation, including order fulfilment and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Sales and Graphic specialists to increase the online presence of e-commerce.
- Liaise with the marketplace on campaigns, deals and promotions.
- Analyse sales data and forecast future sales and stock requirements.
- Schedule and communicate periodic site maintenance.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced E-commerce Business.
- University graduate, preferably in Marketing / Communication / Business Fields
- Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce executive.
- Knowledge and experience in customer preference and trends and an online sales strategy.
- Proactively seek for solutions to resolve and/or apply own judgement with minimal supervision.
- Being able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage.
