Our company AERODYNE GEOSPATIAL SDN. BHD. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Cyberjaya and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of executive assistant and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Brief Description

  1. Maintain the Strategy department’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, and other business-related events.
  2. Process and manage claims, expenses, and reimbursements for the department.
  3. Facilitate logistics for events, meetings, and business travel for the department.
  4. Support in preparation of meeting materials and minutes.
  5. Support the team in managing and archiving documents in accordance with company policy.
  6. Assist in ad hoc administrative duties, as required, for the team.
  7. Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle departmental matters.

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, but not required.
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A self-starter and able to work independently
  4. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent command of English; both written and spoken.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Keynote and other relevant software.
  7. Knowledge of meeting procedures and document management highly preferred.
