We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 2,800 - RM 4,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of full cycle of recruitment for General Staffs & Management Staffs.
  • Counter check with operations for the latest vacant position versus HR data and update into the tracking for manpower planning purpose.
  • Identified the manpower need in the workshops/departments and getting approval to recruit from the Management.
  • Identified source of recruitment channels for the job posting such as Jobstreet, Indeed , Myfuturejob, LinkedIn, Facebook, Newspaper, Banner, Career Fair and etc.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements for the workshops and HQ according to the Hiring Manager schedule.
  • Conduct background/reference check for the selected position of the candidate.
  • Prepare relevant letters such as Offer Letter, medical check-up, bank account opening, service contract and etc.
  • Office tour for new joined HQ based staff.
  • Order uniform (workshops), prepare staff ID tag for all new joiners and existing staff.
  • Manage apprenticeship/Intern (OJT) applications and build good rapport with Automotive Institutes/Colleges.
  • Ensure proper and organized documents filing.
  • Handle ad hoc assignment as and when required by superior.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or any equivalent.
  • Good communication in English and any other languages is an added advantage.
  • Proactively provide up-to-date market information and recruiting practices.
  • Has knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, head-hunting and other sourcing techniques.
  • Must have excellent follow-up skills, fast-paced environment with high degree of ambiguity.
  • Must be a team player.
