Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 2,800 - RM 3,300 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

1. To orientate and coordinate daily production operation follow planning with effective 4M.
2. To ensure production achieve target with 0 line damage and no line downtime.
3. Well known for lean production system and can drive the team towards APM Manufacturing System.
4. Ensuring final product can meet customer requirements and quality.
5. Monitor production output daily and control within required stock.
6. Communicate with inter department PIC for any Issue arise related to production operations.
7. Provide job training to develop workers skill.
8. To lead and provide the group for a good kaizen activities and recommend process improvements.
9. Ensuring good housekeeping at ail time and enforce of workers safety during operation time.
10.Perform any duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.
