The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Job Purpose

Plan, monitor and analyze the Order to Cash (O2C) value chain to ensure efficient cash-flow management and optimum funds availability for the Group, thus achieving higher-level of efficiencies and economies of scale that will enhance KLCC competitive advantage whilst achieving compliance towards financial standards, records management and regulatory requirements.

Accountabilities

  1. Plan and review the daily operations of accounts receivables to ensure timely and accurate billing/ intercompany clearing execution.
  2. Plan and monitor the customer ageing accounts for OPUs within KLCC’s portfolio to ensure effective and efficient debt management and optimum funds availability for KLCC Group of Companies.
  3. Plan, manage and review collection forecast utilisation for efficient cash flow management and optimum funds availability for KLCC GOC.
  4. Plan and review on preparation of SST02 top 20 and SST adjustment Royal Malaysian Custom Department (RMCD).
  5. Plan and analyze the implementation of Accounts Receivable/ lntercompany reporting by providing in depth analysis and proposing recommendations to ensure timely and accurate reporting for decision making at the business.
  6. Investigate and resolve issues on billings and intercompany related matters by rendering consistent and professional business partnership arrangement, providing the best approach to address issues, act as experts /point of reference and incorporate the improvements in receivables and intercompany processes and systems.
  • User interface on process timeline/account mapping
  • Billing system maintenance

Requirements

  • University degree in the field of Accounting or related disciplines
  • More than 3-5 years of working experience in Accounts Receivables related work (experience in SAP and shared services is an added advantage).
  • Extensive and in-depth knowledge and understanding of Accunts Receivables and lntercompany functions, accounting standards and has applied knowledge and experience in complex working environment.
  • Has experience in using MS office tools (MS Word and MS Excel). Understands basic concepts and application of the tool in day-to- day use and may have trained or guided others in the application.
