We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of EXECUTIVE, SALES & MARKETING (JOHOR). For candidates who reside in Johor Bahru and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at S P Setia Berhad and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.

We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- To execute all sales, marketing & promotional strategies to achieve the sales target.
- To check and prepare all media, advertisement, distribution leaflets and marketing tools prior to launching.
- To follow up and liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related process are smooth.
- To carry out market survey of all competitors, compile and prepare market survey reports.
- To monitor the marketing budget and maximize marketing returns
- To brainstorm new & creative growth strategies with the team to develop an effective digital marketing.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent.
- 1 years of sales & marketing experience in property industry.
- Sales and customer service oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, dynamic and a team player.
- Work location based at Kempas, Johor.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
