We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Executive, Secretariat (Credit Management). For those of you who live in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad (Agrobank), and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Purpose:

  • Assist and support the Head of Department in managing the secretarial function for the Management Credit Committee of the Bank.
  • To arrange, coordinate and upload relevant materials pertaining Credit applications received for Management Credit meetings as per scheduled
  • To assist, coordinate and prepare for all requirements and any other relevant materials and/or technical set up for the Departments/Divisional internal meetings and external meeting when needed
  • To timely and accurately prepare and disseminate the credit decision sheet as resolved by the respective parties e.g. Credit Managers/Discretionary Authorities to the relevant parties/originators
  • To timely prepare the relevant reports and proposals as required by the management
  • To maintain proper records keeping for the departments/division.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • To deliver minutes of meeting in a timely manner – to draft action minutes within 2 working days after meeting and the draft minutes within 3 working days after meeting.
  • To prepare agenda and presenters list of meeting – To compile meeting papers submitted by business units and to prepare meeting agenda.
  • To draft and compile Matters Arising and Matters Outstanding Updates – To compile and distribute all the updates received from the originator 1 day before the meeting.

Requirements :

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • Graduated/Certified by ICSA or MAICSA/LS/MACS is added advantage.
  • Have relevant working experience in Corporate Secretarial for a minimum 2-5 years includes prepare minutes of meeting.
  • Good in English writing skill
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work independently.
