We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Functions:

  • To perform and manage Tenancy Administration within the policies set by the Management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To maintain effective tenancy administration, landlord details, tenancy details, deposits records, maintaining and updating all rental records into Tenancy Management System. 
  • To handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as registration of sites, issuance of Letter of Offer, preparing Tenancy Agreement & tenancy reports. 
  • To monitor tenancy expiry and handle renewals and assist the Manager in preparing renewal notice, renewal negotiation, tenancy agreement & renewal report.
  • To manage and ensure all tenancy documentations are in order and keep in tenancy files or input into digitalized TMS system accurately. 
  • To ensure adherence to tenancy terms, guidelines and KPIs set by the Management 
  • Liaise closely with inter-depts on tenancy matters pertaining to rental details and facility services which includes repair/defect and building maintenance. 
  • Carry out any other assignments assigned by The Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years (s) of working experience in tenancy management and must have experience using & maintaining TMS (tenancy management system) or experience in using the system for managing tenants/landlords
  • Pro-active with a positive attitude, independent, strong organizational & good time management skills
  • Possesses good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Advanced PC user: Microsoft Office
