Our company UDA Mall is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Kemaman and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of executive, tenancy management and be able to work in contract system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 2,100 - RM 2,600 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

·Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the process for Tenancy Management Business.
·Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
·Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
·Prepare new leasing process and rental renewal including approval offer letter. Memo of approval and appeal letter related to rental reduction application and others related to rental.
·Responsible to prepare the process of renting a permanent Lot according to instructions including covering the process of modifying memos and submission of lots.
·Responsible in preparation of deposit return payment form to the tenant or other payment form after the document is complete with the required supporting information.
·Communicating with clients & potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
·Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
·Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create revenue opportunities.
·Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
·Carry out tasks based on ISO 9001:2015 and carry out work according to instructions from time to time from Head Business Development.
·Responsible for the company’s day-to-day activities and also work with the company management to create KPIs targets and build a balanced capital allocation policy.
·Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Marketing/ or any related field with at least 2 years of working experience.
·Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive, and flexible to changes in any situation.
·Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in Bahasa & English.
·Flexible with working hours and working days, able to work during weekends and Public Holiday (if required).
·Customer service & details oriented.
·Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations.
·Able to work independently with minimum supervision, working in fast pace, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
·Able to adapt and learn new procedures/processes quickly and efficiently.
·Willing to be based at Coast Kemaman, Terengganu
