We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts, reconciliation, invoicing, inter-company billing updates including account payable and account receivables.
- Review creditor and debtor aging and follow-up closely on overdue payments.
- Plan and organize day to day accounting operations.
- Review accuracy and completeness of monthly / quarterly / yearly financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss and cashflow statement)
- Create and maintain project accounting.
- Monitor the company funds and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet payment obligations.
- Manage SST, indirect taxes, corporate taxes and tax reconciliation.
- Liaise with internal and external parties (external & internal auditors, statutory bodies, tax agent, company secretary) to resolve problems/queries where relevant.
- Handle daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- Initiate and implement process improvements where relevant.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the company from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in accounting, finance or professional qualification.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to meet tight deadlines, have good problem-solving skills and an eye for details.
- Independent and have a sense of urgency.
- Computer literate, good in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Autocount & MYOB Accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Immediate availability would be an added advantage
