Job Responsibility:
- To prepare payment to suppliers, staff & sub-contractors accordingly to timeline set and due date.
- To ensure timely & accurate transactions posting into accounting system.
- Daily update of cashbooks for payments issued, signed and released.
- To check and keep track of monthly expenses claim as per guideline set.
- To perform creditor’s reconciliation.
- To compile and analyze financial information for audit and tax purpose.
- To assist in any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel will be added advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang.
- Able to communicate with all levels of people,confident and attention to details.
