We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Finance Executive. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:

This role will need to ensure all payable transactions, payments and reconciliations are performed and managed effectively.  

 What a typical day looks like:

  • Ensure all invoices accurately accounted for and supported with relevant
  • documents and approvals. 
  • Assist in timely processing of payments and ensure compliance with payment policies and procedures. 
  • Reconcile creditors’ statement on monthly basis and follow-up on discrepancies.
  • Maintain regular communication with other departments and external vendors on payment matters and ensure all queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation.  
  • Provide assistance to other team members in processing and reconciling invoices and statements in order to ensure payment deadlines are met as and when required.
  • Assist in month end reporting and ensure Accounts Payable closed on timely basis.  
  • Handle audit queries and requests.
  • Ensure proper filing of documentation.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Must have at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.   
  • Minimum one year of relevant working experience.  
  • Knowledge in ACCPAC accounting system is an added advantage. 
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia  
  • Good attention to details. 
  • Working location: Menara Symphony – Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya
  • Working day and hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
