We are hiring for the position of Finance Executive/Finance Assistant Manager with full time working hours for our company office, SYNERGY CHEMICALS SDN. BHD., for residents of Klang/Port Klang and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher are highly needed. Job Description:

  1.  To handle / assist full set of finance operations such as Account Receivables, Account Payable, Fixed Assets Management, Cash Management, General Ledger and Reporting
  2. Responsible for collection arrangement and update into accounting systems, cash book, liaise with customer and marketer on related matters
  3. Preparation of documents for collection purposes including LC, BA submission, Pro-forma Invoice
  4. Monthly generation of customer SOA including email to customer and marketer and liaise with customer and marketer on related matter
  5. Responsible for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions including preparation of payments, monitor receipts, etc.
  6.  Organize & maintain financial records with proper filling
  7.  Collaborate with other departments in ensuring to deliver timely and informative reports as well as accuracy of accounting data and improve efficiency
  8.  Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  1. Qualification : Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
  2. Years and Level of Experience : at least 3 years working in relevant field with full set account experience
  3.  Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints while still ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting
  4.  An analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  5.  Ability to work independently
  6. Standard written and oral communication skills in both English and Malaysia
