Our company IOI City Mall Sdn Bhd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Putrajaya and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of finance executive and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of the company, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Manage Accounts Receivable / Credit Control functions including credit term policy, aging monitoring, provision and etc
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Assist in the preparation of reporting & ad hoc report
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Able to work under tight dateline & independent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in IOI City Mall, Putrajaya
- Possessed own transport
- Able to multi-languages – Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
