We are offering a salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. ROLE PURPOSE

Act as a primary support for the project; to aid with administrative and operational support ensuring that project-related activities are carried out in a timely manner and effectively to the required quality standards, and that the project team has the necessary resources and support to meet the project objectives. Generally, to assist across all PMO activities as and when required pre-, during and post- project implementation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Initiate the planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring and reporting of the general tasks across the project workstreams. Ensure the tasks are completed in a timely manner and according to the desired quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with managers to initiate the preparation of project presentations, provide inputs for relevant materials, project governance, strategic analysis, risk assessment and active monitoring.
  3. Implement document control policy and structured documentation template, and act as custodian of data and information depository.
  4. Coordinate key activities such as project meetings, trainings, workshops with the project team and relevant stakeholders.
  5. Facilitate communication and collaboration among the project team, including follow-up on action items and escalate issues to managers.
  6. Assist managers with administrative tasks such as budget preparation, expenditure tracking, manage procurement and resources activities.
  7. Identify and co-ordinate upskilling activities for the project team’s learning and development and develop digital learning material. Keep abreast with the latest developments and trends related to Employee Resource Planning in order to review, recommend and support continuous improvement in operational processes and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and related domain; and Project Management Professional Certification is an added advantage.
  • Candidate must obtain 5 credits in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) for subjects including Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ working experience in project management environment particularly for IT software development or IT infrastructure projects. Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and experience in performing system development processes within the SDLC.
