We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Front Desk Facilitator. For those of you who live in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Wong & Partners, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support with at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Reports to: Operations and Facilities Manager

Job Description: Facilitate reception and front line customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To manage and upkeep the conference rooms / facilities.
  • To manage meeting rooms / facilities bookings for internal and external meetings.
  • To keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
  • To greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • To answer questions and address complaints.
  • To answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages and send them to the respective colleagues.
  • To check, sort and forward incoming faxes and disseminate these to the respective practice groups / departments.
  • To manage company car bookings and liaise with drivers on the arrangement.
  • To book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels for visitors.
  • To monitor office supplies of the office bistro and place orders when necessary.
  • To maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • To keep files and records updated.
  • To keep track of and update the Global Event and Meeting Team on upcoming events.
  • To take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required.
  • Good communication and interaction skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong administrative skills, able to multi-task with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, self-reliant and assertive.
  • Possess a positive mindset and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy is critical and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
