We need you to fill the position as General Clerk 3 Person for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Butterworth and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 2,000 - RM 2,800, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

Working Hours: 5.5 Days, 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) & 9.00am to 1.00pm (Saturday)

Responsibilities for general clerk
– To assist in data entry, prepare record and perform general clerical job.
– Ensure data entries are accurately maintained
– Handle invoice, delivery order, credit note, debit note
– Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior
Requirement
– At least 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required
– Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
– Computer literate on Microsoft Excel and Word, Independent and able to meet deadlines
– Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Compulsary)
– Knowledge on AUTOCOUNT system
