We are hiring for the position of General Manager Assistant with full time working hours for our company office, CGMT F&B Equipment Sdn Bhd, for residents of Kuala Lumpur and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher are highly needed. Our company provides a competitive salary range of RM 5,000 - RM 7,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely and assist the general manager daily work including arranging meetings, drafting documents, arranging schedules, etc.
  2. Communication and coordination with internal and external department for business and sale-related matters.
  3. Drafting, sorting out and filing documents such as reports, plans, memos, etc.
  4. Supervise and guide other employees to ensure that all tasks are carried out smoothly and achieve the expected results.
  5. Participate  in the company’s strategic decision-making, and provide opinions and suggestions for the general manager.
  6. Organize meetings such as board meetings, manager meetings, staff meetings, etc.
  7. Maintain good customer relations to promote the development of the company’s business.
  8. Coordinating the work of the company’s departments: the assistant to the general manager needs to coordinate the work of various departments of the company to promote the overall development of the company’s business.
  9. Provide data and information support for the general manager in decision-making.
  10. Participate in various activities on behalf of the general manager such as business activities, public welfare activities, etc.
  11. Participate in the company’s internal personnel management and assist the general manager to formulate talent recruitment plans, staff training plans, etc.
  12. Supervise the daily operation of the company to ensure that the company’s various businesses and activities are carried out smoothly according to the plan.
  13. Provide budget and financial support for the general manager to formulate the company’s financial plan and budget, and ensure the company’s financial status is good.
  14. Assist the general manager to complete external exchanges: the assistant to the general manager needs to assist the general manager to complete external exchanges, such as serving guests and attending meetings.
  15. Manage the company’s confidential information
  16. Coordinating the company’s public relations work such as contact and communicate with the media and the public, and improve the company’s brand image and popularity.
