In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,700 - RM 2,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Description:

The Halal & Admin Officer will work under the Head of Halal team in HQ and will be responsible for ensuring that all our products meet the Halal certification standards. In addition to this, the successful candidate will also be required to carry out regular clerical work related to the business. The duties and responsibilities of the Halal & Admin Officer will include:

  • Assisting in the Halal certification process for our products
  • Maintaining records and documentation related to Halal certification
  • Conducting regular audits of our production processes to ensure compliance with Halal standards
  • Coordinating with the production team to ensure that all Halal requirements are met
  • Addressing Halal-related queries in a timely and accurate manner Performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Halal team and other departments as required
  • Travelling between HQ and subsidiaries companies 2-3 times a week depending on necessities.
