SIRIM BERHAD has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Shah Alam/Subang and surrounding areas as head, business assurance and compliance section, group sustainability with contract work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Manufacturing & Quality Assurance.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulate, develop and implement strategies, policies and adopt best practices on business continuity, enterprise risk, quality, environment, occupational safety and health (‘OSH’), and anti-bribery for SIRIM Berhad and its subsidiaries to support organisational goals and strategies.

Among of tasks:

–  Spearhead and execution of internal audits to ensure compliance with management systems, acts and regulations.

–  Provide advisory or consultancy in business assurance including reviewing risks.

–  Strategize and lead engagement with industry, government and society and assist in the development of business sustainability input.

– Formulate Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity framework, strategies, policies, and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Possess minimum Degree in Engineering/Science/Technology or related field with or equivalent with minimum 15 years working experience.

·  Candidates with postgraduate/professional qualifications will have an added advantage.

·  Possess minimum 10 years’ experience in risk management, management system and conformity assessment.

·  In-depth knowledge in government, social, quality, environment, OSH, anti-bribery related to legal, risk management, principles, best practices, and other requirements.
