General Job Description

Execute full spectrum of HR functions with high level of efficiency and confidentiality. 

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Implement HR strategy action plans to meet organisation’s business objectives.
  2. Maintain employee database, process payroll, monitor staff movement and attendance.
  3. Maintain employee handbook, develop and maintaining policies and SOPs.
  4. Perform end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer management and onboarding
  5. Ensure the headcount gaps/vacancies are fulfilled within stipulated time frame
  6. Keep applicants engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication

  8. Prepare monthly government statutory submission and arrange for payment.
  9. Preparing letters, memo, notices and reports.
  10. Monitor and keep track of HR calendar and planning.
  11. Counselling and handling employee disciplinary issues.
  12. Develop training materials, conduct staff orientation and training.
  13. Handle foreign worker permit application, permit renewal and repatriation.
  14. Liaison with relevant government bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, income tax pertaining to staff matters.
  15. Any other HR related task.


  • Diploma / Degree in HR/ Business Studies.
  • 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in HR functions.
  • Languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa.
  • Good communication, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proactive, meet deadlines, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Responsible, committed, flexible and able to accept changes.
