We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and possess a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 2,500 - RM 3,200 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Summary

Responsible for the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures and training plans, recruitment, maintaining staff data, staff welfare and office administration. Prepare monthly payroll to release salary on-time and update employee data to complete the payroll process.

Job Outcomes

Job Responsibilities

· Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure staff compliance.

· Compile and process full payroll cycle part timers and full time promoters – data entry, processing of data, generation of reports and payout (mid-month & end month) for the Bee Same Group of Companies.

· Maintain all staff records with up-to-date information for new joiners, resignations or update/change of information upon verification.

· Implement training plans, evaluate training effectiveness and application and update all training records.

· Prepare and issue all HR correspondences for letter of appointment, confirmation, discipline letter, etc

· Prepare timely HR reports. Analyse, identify and highlight areas of concerns.

· Office Administration – Maintain all office equipment in good working order and attend to the day-to-day running of the office needs and timely replenishment of the stationary every 2 (two) months

· Participate in the ad-hoc committees in planning and organizing company events and activities.

Job Competencies

· Ability to lead and work as a team

· Good communication and interaction skills. Ability to use tact and sensitivity in handling day-to-day interactions.

· Must have an eye for details

· Planning and organizing skills

· Product knowledge of HR practices and labour laws

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess at least SPM
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Studies/ human resource or equivalent with 2 – 3 years of experience in human resource management and/or development will be added value. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
