HR Admin cum Account Senior Executive

We are currently hiring an experienced HR Admin cum Account Senior Executive to manage and overseeing day to day accounting activities which includes billing and purchasing as well as Payroll processing and related HR functions.

Responsibilities:

HR Administration

  • Responsible for HR workflow, processes and system implementation
  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Assist with Recruitment & work pass application
  • Staff movement (Onboarding & Offboarding etc)
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
  • Letters administration (appointment, confirmation, increment, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Any other ad-hoc administration works

Accounts

  • Responsible for full sets of accounting (AP, AR and GL)
  • Liaise with banks on banking transactions
  • Review monthly reconciliation schedules
  • Ensure timely month-end closing
  • Manage petty cash and expenses claims
  • Issue Purchase Orders & liaise on procurement matters.
  • Perform 3 way matching for Supplier’s Delivery Order, Invoice & Purchase Order.
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / LCCI in Accounting / Human Resources
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, responsible, initiative, independent
  • Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Candidates with short notice period preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Great attitude, jovial, keen to learn new things.
  • Highly motivated with high self-initiative
  • Able to work independently and in a team with high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines & pressure.
  • Self-driven and goal oriented
