Our company HAN AIK HARDWARE SDN BHD is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Johor Bahru and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of hr & admin executive and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,500 - RM 2,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

  • Provide support in all aspects of human resource and administrative functions
  • Staff recruitment – Liaise with recruitment agencies, online job portals and internal department heads on recruitment needs
  • Screen job applicants and arrange interview appointments with the hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and organize corporate events, annual dinners, convention trips etc.
  • Monitor and managing staff movement which including new hiring, terminations, salary/position changes and etc.
  • Preparation of employment agreements and other HR related letters/documents.
  • Maintain employee personnel file, leave records and ensure employee information is kept up to date in the payroll system.
  • Responsible to monitor and administer employee benefits including GPA insurance and Socso claims and etc.
  • To execute and monitor the annual performance appraisal, bonus and salary review exercise.
  • Conduct orientation session and explain the company policies to the new joiner.
  • Conduct exit interview with leaver.
  • Attend to employee inquiries on payroll and HR related matters.
  • Handle disciplinary matters.
  • Assisting in employee relations management to create a conflict free working place and provide recommendations for resolution as required.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR administration functions and duties.
  • Distribute company belongings to employee. E.g. company uniform, mobile phone, tablet, sim card, medical card, laptop, petrol card etc.
  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management. E.g. photocopier machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water, air-cond, carpark, pantry, security guard and etc.
  • Office general stationaries and sundries purchases and controlling.
  • Serving as a point of contact with vendors / contractors / third parties.
  • Create Purchase Order for necessary works.
  • Responsible for company’s vehicle road tax, insurance renewal, permit renewal etc.
  • Liaison with government bodies.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
