Our company, NOVEL LEAP SDN. BHD. are currently hiring for interested candidates to join and to be a part of our company as hr admin executive with a full time work system, which domiciled in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree which experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources.

Candidates who uphold honesty and discipline are a must for our company.

The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 3,500 to a maximum of RM 4,500, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Main:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative tasks.
  • To assist and ensure the smooth operations of the office.

Recruitment:

  • Handle recruitment process including job posting, filtering candidates, schedule interview, making offers to shortlisted candidate and etc.
  • Conduct orientation for new joiners. To prepare company laptops for new joiners and keep track. 
  • Prepare job description and survey market salary on new vacancy. 

Employee Relation:

  • Prepare HR documents including confirmation letter, salary increment letter and etc.
  • Plan and assist in organization’s activities such as company dinner, gala dinner.
  • Create, maintain, and update personnel records and internal database.
  • Assist in Employment Pass application/renewal.
  • Update Employee Handbook, prepare Public Holiday listing, issue memo and etc.

Payroll:

  • Handle driver’s OT calculation.
  • To verify staff claims and keep both hardcopy and softcopy.
  • To maintain proper filing.
  • To generate payroll reports from payroll software to payout.

 Administration:

  • To oversee and manage all office administrative tasks including replenish office pantry, arrange cleaner to maintain office cleanliness.
  • Assist in hotel and restaurant booking, payment of utilities bill, arrange transport for airport pick up.
  • Manage all tasks related to Company’s rented residential units including arrange cleaner, maintain the units in good condition and etc.

Others:

  • Report directly to HR Director.
  • Assist in maintaining and providing accounting documents/records i.e invoice and receipt.
  • Ensure the Company is in compliance with labour laws and government standards.
  • Ensure all employees are in compliance with the company policies, procedures and legal responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management/Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Good command (spoken and written) in 3 main languages
  • 2-3 years of working experience in HR/Admin
  • Able to work under stress
  • Willing to work after working hour or weekend occasionally
  • Smart, Possess positive and good working attitude, hardworking, independent, meticulous, team player
  • Office relocating to TSLAW Tower at Jalan Kamuning in Q3 2023
