We are hiring for the position of HR & Admin Junior Executive with full time working hours for our company office, EverLantern Sdn Bhd, for residents of Ipoh and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of RM 2,300 - RM 2,800, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

  1. Responsible for Organizing and scheduling interviews
  2. Maintain Employees’ Personal Files & Record employee information.
  3. Familiar with local labor regulations
  4. To assist and liaise with statutory bodies on matters relating to EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax as well as HRDF
  5. Provide administration Support in all Human Resources spectrum
  6. Handling Foreigners’ matters such as visas, working permits, hostels, etc.
  7. Assist in making travel arrangements (Flight & Accommodation)
  8. Strong Organization and planning skills
  9. Good time management skills & ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  10. Good written and verbal communication skills
  11. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Required Skill(s):Good interaction, communication, analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Minimum with 2 years of hands-on experience in a wide spectrum of human resources functions including payroll administration would be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Training will be PROVIDED)
  • Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work in Pengkalan II
  • Willing to travels
