Klanggroup Development Sdn Bhd has open a job vacancy for the domicile of Shah Alam/Subang and surrounding areas as hr manager with full time work system which will then be placed in our company office.

The candidates we need are those who have the minimum criteria of Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced and have the integrity to work in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources.

As a professional company, we offer a competitive monthly base salary RM 8,000 - RM 12,000 which can be adjusted by the decision of our HRD company and adjusts to the capabilities of the candidate offers for our company.

  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions – include payroll for employees, staff recruitment, staff insurance, staff benefit program & etc.
  • To prepare and monitor HR administration work such as preparation of letter, new hires / resigned administration, employees’ job confirmation, transfer, promotion and contract renewal.
  • Update and maintain employees’ attendance, leave / medical record and training records.
  • Renewal of foreign workers’ permit.
  • Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action.
  • Perform other administrative tasks including office maintenance and office purchases.
  • Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.


  • Professional Diploma/Degree in Human Resource /Business Administration or other related study.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
