We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of HR Payroll Assistant in our company, Vivo Food Sdn Bhd. For candidates who reside in Johor Bahru and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and possess a Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 2,000 - RM 2,800 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

- To manage end to end monthly payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system.
- Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate time-frames and comply with relevant legislation.
- Accountable to ensure all statutory payments are made in compliance with local regulatory requirements e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax.
- To assist superior on foreign workers’ matters such as FOMEMA, renewing permit and passport, and liaise with Immigration, MYEG and SOCSO.
- Issuance of confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer letter or any letter pertaining HR correspondence.
- To maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- To assist in Recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates and working closely with HOD.
- To perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Possess relevant academic qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Having prior experience with the Info-tech payroll system can be advantageous.
