Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Human Resources Manager. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or similar
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
